Every certification process begins with your internal preparation — the so-called self-audit. Only after this does the independent EAS™ remote audit commence, concluding with a professional evaluation and the issuance of an international quality certificate.

Immediately upon signing the contract, you receive our proprietary internal preparation materials package free of charge. This is your navigator, making the subsequent process predictable and straightforward. Your starter package includes:

Internal preparation and self-audit
The EAS™ certification process begins with absolute transparency and clear agreements:
1. Free inquiry. You submit a request briefly outlining the specifics of your project and service formats.
2. Customized proposal. Based on your data, we formulate a commercial offer with detailed explanations and a final cost tailored exclusively to the scale of your business.
3. Contract and launch. If the terms meet your approval, we sign an official contract. The process officially begins upon receipt of a 50% advance payment.
Starting the partnership: customized proposal and preparation package
Improve – (Implementation of changes): You execute the planned improvements, integrating them into your daily practice. Your product becomes structurally stronger and more secure even before our audit begins.
Stage 1
Practical digital environment audit (Platform analysis).
This is the core of our 100% online audit. We receive temporary guest access to your learning platform. EAS™ auditors practically test the course architecture, navigational ease, material quality, interactivity levels, feedback processes, and technical reliability under real-world usage conditions.
Expert conclusion and feedback.
A comprehensive professional evaluation is formed based on the collected data. If necessary, we initiate a dialogue — asking clarifying questions or requesting additional proof to establish a completely objective picture of your product.

Standard compliance decision.
Based on the audit results, you receive one of three possible conclusions:
Full compliance: Your product is flawless; you receive the certificate immediately.
Partial compliance (minor deviations): You receive a detailed report with clearly identified areas for improvement and a set timeframe for their free-of-charge implementation.
Significant deviations: We recommend extensive product refinement, with the possibility of a subsequent Re-Audit.
Official EAS™ Remote-Audit
After you have completed the internal preparation and submitted your application, the independent external expertise phase begins. This process is conducted entirely remotely and as organically as possible, with zero interference in your operational rhythm.

Recognition of benchmark status: Certificate and Quality Seal.
Upon successful completion, EAS™ issues your official certificate (in digital format, and additionally on paper upon request). Simultaneously, you acquire the rights to use the premium EAS™ Quality Seal and are entered into the open international register of certified providers.
You provide us with a structured package of materials (course concepts, learning objectives, exam formats, public offers, privacy policies, communication guidelines, etc.). EAS™ experts conduct a profound assessment of these documents against international quality and security criteria.
Important principles of our audit:
Exclusivity and Seal protection: The use of the EAS™ logo is permitted for the validity period of the certificate and is strictly tied to adherence to our standards and ethical code. This guarantees that the Seal remains an unquestionable marker of trust in the market.
We do not leave you alone: The goal of the EAS™ audit is not to find faults for the sake of finding them, but to help you achieve benchmark quality. If vulnerabilities are found in your system, you are not left to face the problem alone. You receive a clearly structured report with specific recommendations to strengthen your business.
