At the same time, the process is designed to remain as simple as possible and avoid unnecessary bureaucracy: you do not need to gather complex packages of documents.
To make a decision, it is sufficient to provide a basic list of documents and information confirming the authenticity of your situation:
Official registration data of the entrepreneur, organization, or project;
A document confirming the Ukrainian citizenship of the founder or key expert (passport copy);
Links to the website, platform, service page, or other publicly available evidence of actual professional activity;
A brief explanation (motivation) as to why your particular project is applying for the Ukrainian solidarity conditions;
For relocated businesses — an additional document confirming the temporary protection status of the founder in the host country.
To protect the program from abuse, EAS™ reserves the right to refuse the application of the special offer if the provided data is incomplete, inaccurate, or does not clearly confirm the applicant's actual activity.
