Dipl. Uwe PIRSCH
Diplom-Physiotherapist, Naturopath (Heilpraktiker) and expert in integrative and complementary medicine, Chief Advisor and Independent Lead Expert.
★★★★★
True quality in sensitive fields tolerates no compromises. When it comes to health, mental state, or physical well-being, a purely administrative audit is insufficient. That is exactly why the profound scientific and practical expertise of Uwe Pirsch — a practicing specialist with years of private practice and a Diplom-Physiotherapist (FH) — became an integral part of the EAS™ expert core.
Backed by a fundamental university medical education and state certification (Ärztliche Vorprüfung, 1988), which serves as official validation of his thorough, broad-based medical training, as well as years of practice as a state-recognized physiotherapist and manual therapist, Uwe Pirsch combines clinical precision, academic depth, and high responsibility for operational processes.
Understanding that a classical scientific foundation requires a holistic approach to health, he achieved the highest state status in complementary medicine — authorization for independent medical practice (Heilpraktiker, 1992). This paved the way for deep specialization in acupuncture massage (APM), manual therapy, and clinical Ayurveda. The logical consolidation of this multifaceted clinical experience was the attainment of the academic degree of Diplom-Physiotherapist (FH) at the University of Applied Sciences North Hessen (2007), which merged therapeutic practice with the highest standards of European higher education.

Behind every systemic excellence lies fundamental expertise: Meet the Chief Advisor and Independent Lead Expert of EAS™ in health matters and other sensitive human-to-human fields.
This academic and administrative foundation is supported by a colossal mass of clinical work, forged through decades of practice in large medical centers, particularly at the Humboldt Hospital in Berlin (1992–2001). Uwe Pirsch built his therapeutic arsenal step by step: from state recognition as a specialist in massage and balneotherapy to the qualification of Physiotherapist (FH). Alongside clinical practice, he successfully transformed his knowledge into managerial decisions, heading the physiotherapy department of the PUR VITAL center for seniors (2005–2006). Today, his expertise is a fusion of a profound rehabilitation school, experience in managing specialized osteoporosis and spinal disease prevention groups, as well as mastery of advanced medical training therapy methods, ensuring the uncompromising quality of our audit assessments.

His deep understanding of physiology and biomechanics was never strictly limited to classical therapy standards.
Uwe Pirsch is a practicing innovator, as undeniably evidenced by the official registration of his proprietary development by the German Patent and Trade Mark Office — specialized therapeutic equipment (2004). Such an engineering and anatomical approach to rehabilitation and years of active practice prove his ability to deeply understand bodily processes and create effective practical solutions for them.
However, his understanding of the organism as a multi-level system demanded moving beyond purely physical intervention. Uwe Pirsch made an unprecedented dive into complementary fields, spending years building a unique symbiosis of Western clinical evidence and Eastern holistic philosophy. He mastered a full specialization cycle in energetic meridian therapy and acupuncture, earned a diploma as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist (CAS), and simultaneously integrated the most complex reflex and manual techniques into his practice — from Dorn-Breuss therapy to Japanese Shiatsu. This colossal expansion of competencies allowed him to work with human health in its absolute entirety, combining the precision of the German medical school with the depth of traditional healing systems.
In addition to comprehensive manual therapy, his competence covers working with the most vulnerable population groups and preventive fields. He possesses complex physical expertise, specifically as a certified therapist in manual lymphatic drainage and edema treatment (1993), and also holds the licensed status of Health Systems and Rehabilitation Coach (Nordic Walking Coach, 2004). Yet, what adds particular weight to his profile is his deep immersion into gerontology and mental health: he is a certified dementia specialist (IHK, 2014) and a certified specialist for additional support and care (§ 87b SGB XI, 2014). This socio-medical foundation guarantees the highest level of EAS™ expertise during the certification of care facilities, psychological services, and rehabilitation centers.
However, true quality is impossible without safety guarantees, and it is here that the profile of Uwe Pirsch becomes absolutely unique. His therapeutic practice is backed by an ironclad background in crisis management and law enforcement. His experience serving in the German police force at the rank of Polizeiobermeister (1984), his status in the volunteer fire service (2004), and his emergency response training from the Bavarian Red Cross (2014) shape his uncompromising approach to assessing physical safety and risk management at any facility. At the same time, his ability to think at the intersection of empirical science and worldview systems, confirmed by an honorary Doctor of Metaphysics degree (2003), allows him to objectively and professionally evaluate even such complex niches as spiritual practices, healing, and esoterica.
The logical outcome of this multifaceted evolution was the strategic integration of his expertise into European-level quality standards. Since 2019, having officially joined EAS™, he consults on the specific evaluation aspects in sensitive health sectors (physiotherapy, acupuncture, care, Ayurveda, hypnosis, homeopathy, kinesiology, and other human-to-human formats).
Thanks to this synergy, EAS™ evaluation processes have reached a fundamentally new level, harmoniously combining strict international management standards with undeniable scientific and practical safety. Such a tandem allows us to look far beyond formal documentation, deeply analyzing the very essence of the provided services. We do not merely audit administrative processes — we confirm their ecological integrity, effectiveness, and absolute safety for the end consumer. This colossal mass of practical experience organically merged into the existing EAS™ system, powerfully strengthening our methodological base.
It is his involvement that became the decisive factor ensuring an exemplary level of expertise and trust in our certification in sensitive niches, where the competence of the evaluating specialist must be absolutely indisputable.
The stages and credentials presented below are not merely facts, but a consistently shaped professional journey. This massive body of experience has organically strengthened the EAS™ system, acting as a guarantor of trust for certification in sensitive niches.
