Uwe Pirsch built his therapeutic arsenal step by step: from state recognition as a specialist in massage and balneotherapy to the qualification of Physiotherapist (FH). Alongside clinical practice, he successfully transformed his knowledge into managerial decisions, heading the physiotherapy department of the PUR VITAL center for seniors (2005–2006). Yet, what adds particular weight to his profile is his deep immersion into gerontology and mental health: he is a certified dementia specialist (IHK, 2014) and a certified specialist for additional support and care (§ 87b SGB XI, 2014).
