Document management at EAS™ is clearly structured into three distinct access levels. This approach guarantees optimal data protection, legal compliance, and convenience for every user:
1. Official Normative Documents (Restricted Access) This secure section houses our internal regulatory framework, quality policies, audit methodologies, and assessment standards. Access is strictly limited and granted exclusively to official verification bodies, accreditation committees, and authorized auditors upon special request. This ensures the integrity of our assessment methods and protects our intellectual property.
2. Informational Materials (Public Access) This section is designed specifically for our prospective clients. Here, you can freely download all essential informational materials: basic self-assessment checklists, general terms of cooperation, the EAS™ code of ethics, and brochures detailing the certification phases. These documents will help you understand our requirements and thoroughly prepare for an official audit without any prior commitments.
3. Client Documentation (Access Post-Contract) This part of our database is reserved exclusively for clients who have already signed an official contract with us for a certification audit. Here, you will find working documents, detailed questionnaires, reporting forms, guidelines for using the EAS™ quality seal, and confidentiality agreements. Access to these files is granted individually to each client through secure channels, ensuring complete protection of your trade secrets and personal data.
This three-tiered system allows us to maintain the highest European management standards (aligned with ISO principles), ensuring that every participant in the process has access only to the information they need—transparently, systematically, and securely.
