The EAS™ logo and the European Attestation Standard™ seal of approval are international seals of trust. They certify the conformity of services and programs with high quality criteria, ethical principles, and professional methodology.

EAS™ is a universal attestation system (comprehensive audit and certification) for a wide range of services, regardless of the topic and method of implementation, especially for digital (distance-based) offerings.

The use of the EAS™ logo and name is governed by these guidelines.

LEGAL OBJECTS AND IDENTIFICATION OF EAS™

The following intellectual property objects belong to Dr. Mariia Bohach (Founder & Managing Director EAS™, Lead Auditor QMS) and are protected by these guidelines:

• Word marks (Names): The short designation EAS™ as well as the full name European Attestation Standard™. Any commercial use of these names, including their use in course names or domain names without an appropriate license, is prohibited.

• Graphic logo: The official combined logo of the organization, which represents the visual identity of the brand.

• Marks of conformity (Seals of approval): The Seal of Excellence (round seal with a crown) and the official stamp seal. These marks are awarded to the client exclusively after a successful certification. The granting of the right to use any of the aforementioned marks is based solely on the results of a professional audit.

CERTIFICATION MODELS AND QUALITY CONFIRMATION

EAS™ conducts independent professional evaluations of service providers' activities for conformity with international and industry-specific quality standards. Two certification models are provided:

Institutional Certification of the Facility (Institutional Certification)

• This model is designed for organizations, online schools, and complex platforms (LMS) that have their own infrastructure and qualified professional staff.

  • Subject of the audit: The quality management system of the entire facility for conformity with international standards (especially ISO 9001) or other relevant professional standards.

  • Result: The service provider receives a certificate of conformity, the Certified Institution status, and the right to use the Institutional Seal, which confirms the reliability of the entire facility as a stable market player.

  • Recommended wording: "The management system was verified by the independent international expertise of EAS™ for conformity with the ISO 9001 standard." "The activity of the service provider is certified by the independent international expertise of EAS™ for conformity with the quality standards [ISO number]."

Professional Certification of Programs and Methodologies (Professional Certification)

• Intended for experts and authors (as individual service providers) who offer a specific intellectual or practical product (course, training, method).

  • Subject of the audit: Methodological and ethical conformity of the specific product with educational standards (especially ISO 29993 / 29994) or industry-specific ethical norms.

  • Result: The service provider receives a quality certificate for the product, the Certified Program status, and the right to mark the certified program with the Professional Seal.

  • Recommended wording: "The methodology was verified by the independent international expertise of EAS™." "The program is certified based on the report of an international conformity audit by EAS™."

• Here, the focus of the audit is on the professional competence of the provider and the ethics of interaction with the client.

  • Consulting and Audit: Financial advisors, business consultants, specialists for tax and strategic planning.

  • Mentoring and Coaching: Business coaches, career advisors, mentors for personal development.

  • Psychological Support: Online therapists, psychologists, mental health professionals.

Practical Services and Wellness Offerings (Practical, Health & Wellness Services)

GUIDELINES FOR THE PLACEMENT OF THE EAS™ LOGO AND SEALS OF APPROVAL

The right to use the visual symbols of EAS™ is granted exclusively for the duration of the validity of the corresponding certificate. The mark must be placed in such a way that the end consumer can clearly identify which object (the entire facility or a specific program) has been certified.

Websites and digital platforms:

• Marks of conformity (Seal): It is recommended to place the seal in the footer of the website, on "About us" pages, quality pages, or directly on the landing page of the certified course.

• Interactivity: Every digital seal of approval on the website must be designed as an active link leading directly to the official EAS™ Register to confirm the validity of the certificate.

Advertising and informational materials:

• The use of the mark in presentations, brochures, social networks, and banners is permitted, provided the advertising context relates directly to the certified activity.

• It is prohibited to place the mark on products or services that were not the subject of the audit.

Special status: Official Partners (EAS™ Professional Partners):

• This is a special level of professional cooperation for facilities and practices that have undergone a system audit and received confirmation of the high quality of their services.

  • Use on documents: Only official partners are entitled to place the EAS™ mark on their own diplomas or certificates issued to third parties (students, patients) upon completion of training or practices.

  • Condition: This right is delegated and strictly stipulated through a separate partner agreement.

CONTENT SIGNIFICANCE AND LIABILITY LIMITS OF THE EAS™ SEAL OF APPROVAL

The seal of approval is a visual confirmation that the service provider has undergone an independent assessment and voluntary certification process.

What the EAS™ mark confirms:

• Methodological transparency: The program or management system has a clear structure and logic and complies with the declared international or industry-specific quality standards (ISO).

• Ethics and professionalism: The service provider adheres to the code of ethics, the principles of honest communication with the client, and the professional standards of their niche.

• Verification of competencies: The expertise confirms that the stated level of service corresponds to the actual state at the time of the audit.

What the EAS™ mark does NOT mean (Disclaimer):

• State accreditation: The EAS™ certification is professional and independent. It does not replace state licenses, academic degrees, or medical approvals, provided these are required by the legislation of the respective country.

• Guarantee of personal success: EAS™ certifies the quality of the provider's system and methodology but cannot guarantee any personal financial, physical, or emotional results for the end consumer (buyer of the service). The results of applying certified methods are subjective and depend directly on the personal efforts, discipline, and individual characteristics of the consumer.

• Liability to third parties: The presence of the mark on a platform does not establish any liability on the part of EAS™ for future personal actions of the service provider or for their financial obligations towards their clients.

VISUAL STANDARDS AND DESIGN RULES

The graphic structure of the EAS™ marks of conformity is based on the principles of modularity and color identification. Every combination of elements is a unique marker confirming the completion of the audit in a specific area.

Structure and color logic

Das Design of the marks includes a color guidance system where the color combination of the central part (Core/Seal) and the outer border (Status band/Ribbon) corresponds to the specifics of the certified activity:

• Color differentiation: Each of the five audit areas has its own color identification according to the internal EAS™ classification. This allows for immediate determination of the area of competence without having to study the text on the mark in detail.

• Universal quality marks: The basic combinations of gold and blue are generally recognized symbols for high standards. They are used to indicate the general reliability of facilities (Institutional) and the high value of author products (Professional).

Technical requirements for use

• Originality: The use of the mark is permitted exclusively in the form of the original file provided by the auditor upon completion of the certification process.

• Prohibition of modification: It is strictly prohibited to independently change color combinations, "recolor" elements, or alter the proportions of the mark. Any modification invalidates the certificate.

• Protection zone: Clear space must be maintained around the mark to ensure its clear visual identification on any background.

RESTRICTIONS AND UNAUTHORIZED USE

Any violation of the following rules will result in the immediate cancellation of the certificate and the withdrawal of the right to use the EAS™ marks of approval.

• Transfer to third parties: It is prohibited to transfer the received marks and certificates to other persons, partners, or subcontractors who have not undergone the audit process.

• Manipulation of deadlines: The use of the mark after the expiration of the certificate's validity or in the event of a suspension of the certification by the auditor is strictly prohibited.

• Misleading representation: It is prohibited to place the mark in such a way that it creates the impression that the entire activity of the organization is certified if the audit was only conducted for a specific program.

• Ethical violations: The use of the EAS™ marks on resources that incite hatred, violate human rights, or employ manipulative influence methods that contradict the ethics of the professional community is impermissible.

CONTROL AND VALIDATION (EAS™ REGISTER)

To ensure transparency and protect consumer interests, a unified international register of certified service providers is maintained.

• Public verification: Every certificate has a unique identification number. The consumer of a service has the right to access the official register on the website to verify the certification status.

• Certification inquiries: All requests to conduct an audit, obtain partner status, or clarify the rules for using the symbols are accepted exclusively through the official communication channels.
