The best guarantee of quality is proven expertise. The EAS™ (European Attestation Standard) is based on a solid foundation of projects and processes accumulated over two decades in several European countries. This chronology serves as living proof of our ability to establish systemic solutions in various ethical and legally sensitive areas. Below is an excerpt of the most important phases of our development — from state QMS certification to integrated process optimization in small businesses.

OUR PROJECTS

POLAND (2009) — QMS Audit (Public Administration)
International Exchange: Participation in an audit as a representative of a foreign state administration (QMS Audit).
Focus: Process clarity and efficiency in the departments of a regional administrative structure (Lubuskie Voivodeship, Zielona Góra).

SWEDEN (2010): Expert Exchange — Process Optimization in Vocational Pedagogy
Role: Guest speaker in a seminar series for Swedish industrial and university representatives.
Goal: Development of methods for knowledge transfer and workplace competence development. This aligned with the application of the EAS methodology to the fields of vocational pedagogy and quality assurance of educational processes in the industrial sector.
The seminars took place in Stockholm, Växjö, and Malmö, underscoring the nationwide relevance of the QMS approach.

AUSTRIA (2013): Audit in the Wellness Industry. Ethical and Legal Risk Minimization (Trade Law)
Systemic consultation for a private practice in the field of Human Energetics (Bad Gastein).
The expansion of services unintentionally led the entrepreneur into a "grey area" of Austrian Trade Law (Gewerberecht) (Topic: demarcation from healing arts).
The EAS methodology enabled a step-by-step risk analysis of work processes and the identification of acute legal and ethical risks.
Result: Establishment of clear, legally compliant business structures, allowing the company to continue its work safely and ethically.
ITALY (2012): Service Standardization and Sales Optimization
QMS Audit and Systemic Consulting for a travel provider in the service sector (Venice).
The main goal was the development of a clear ethical protocol for customer communication.
Systemic analysis of processes led to the identification of new trends in direct online promotion. This allowed for the reduction of external advertising chains and a significant decrease in operating costs.
Result: Implementation of sustainable, ethical, and cost-efficient service and communication management.
GERMANY (2016): QMS Establishment for Medical Services
Holistic system audit for the founding of a practice for physiotherapy and naturopathy (District of Neustadt a. d. Waldnaab).
The project covered the entire value chain: market validation (competitor and needs analysis), financial planning (detailed investment calculation and risk forecast), as well as organizational structuring (optimal spatial planning, equipment procurement, process flows).
Result: Successful establishment of a legally secure and economically viable structure, enabling a risk-minimized start in the highly regulated German healthcare market.
