Behind the EAS™ standard lies many years of experience in accounting, auditing, and control, as well as a systemic approach to meeting quality management requirements.

The head of EAS™, PhD Mariia Bohach, possesses a sound financial and economic education (specializing as an "Accountant-Auditor" – based on a specialized college, currently a Higher Education Institution of Banking profile, Lviv).

Her professional path includes over ten years of management experience in senior positions in the state and academic sectors. In addition to her financial background, she holds a higher education degree in the humanities, which allows her to combine strict control standards with a deep understanding of social and educational processes. Her academic journey was successfully completed with a Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD).

Professional Development and Authorial Projects:

As a research-oriented practitioner, Mariia Bohach led the organizational implementation of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) in the public sector, serving as the Secretary of the Coordination Council and the working group under the Regional State Administration. Her further authorial project – "Control in the Management System" – evolved into a scientific and methodological manual, which was introduced as an official recommendation base for executive control bodies nationwide.

International Training and Exchange of Experience:

The foundation of her professional mastery was personal training and certification by world leaders in the field: Professor Tito Conti (Italy) – a pioneer of the modern quality concept – and Helena Krepelkova (TÜV SÜD, Czech Republic). As an international guest speaker (Sweden, 2010) and a representative of Ukraine in an inter-state exchange of experience (Poland, 2009), she not only implemented European models but also presented her own developments regarding control systems in QMS to foreign colleagues.

Results and Competencies:

For her significant personal contribution to state-building and high professionalism, she was honored with an official Commendation from the President of Ukraine and government-level awards. Deep knowledge of audit processes, documentation standards, and legal liability issues, obtained "firsthand," forms the professional, ethical, and methodological basis of the EAS™ standard.​
